26th January, 2025Responsibilities: Ensure the production of nutritious, safe, visually appealing, and properly flavored food while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Menu planning, budget preparation, payroll and food cost maintenance, and other record-keeping. Train employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control, and nutrient retention. Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all food preparation and service. Perform all duties in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and internal control standards. Qualifications: Degree from a postsecondary culinary arts training program. Minimum of two (2) years as a Sous Chef and five (5) years in a food preparation position. Must have multi-outlet experience. Extensive knowledge of seafood, protein, and poultry; computer literacy in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, team building, and problem-solving abilities.
