This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand and market presence of a leading fund administration firm. As Presentation Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging presentations that elevate our communication with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders. You will have a direct impact on how our firm is perceived in the market, helping us solidify our position as a trusted and innovative leader in the private equity space. This role requires a highly organized and creative individual with a passion for design, a strong understanding of the private equity industry, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and persuasive narratives.Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead the end-to-end development of presentations, from concept to completion.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales teams, investment professionals, client service, etc.) to gather content and understand presentation objectives.Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of presentations.Manage and allocate resources effectively, including internal staff and external contractors.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Content Development:Oversee the creation of compelling and informative presentation content specifically for private equity audiences (e.g., fund performance, investment strategies, due diligence).Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the firm's brand and messaging.Work with subject matter experts to translate complex financial information into clear and concise corporate data visualizations, charts, and graphics to enhance presentation effectiveness.Design and Production:Ensure presentations adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand identity.Manage the design and layout of presentations, ensuring a professional and engaging aesthetic.Oversee the production of presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and quality control.Stay abreast of presentation design trends and best practices in the private equity industry.Resource Management:Manage relationships with external design agencies and freelance contractors.Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for presentation development.Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of external resources.Process Improvement:Develop and implement efficient workflows for presentation development.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.Maintain a library of presentation templates and resources relevant to private equity.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Finance, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in presentation development, with a significant portion within the private equity or general finance industry.Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality presentations to sophisticated financial audiences.Experience working with both internal and external resources.Skills:Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, investment strategies, and industry terminology.Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis is a plus.The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.Work ArrangementAll applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule.
