In this growing and dynamic environment, we offer exciting career paths for nurses like you.Highlights: Servicing the Queens footprint & Western Nassau County.Base Compensation Range: $110k base salary Paid weekly and comprehensive benefits packageFlexible ScheduleMonday through Friday opportunityAdvancement opportunitiesGrowth potentialResponsibilities for a Clinical Manager: Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.Visit our Adult & Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Western Nassau County & Parts of Queens Borough.Develop the Adult & Pediatric care plan and oversee its execution.Supervise nursing staff in the field.Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.Home care experience preferredTrach vent experience or an interest in learning.2+ years of Supervisory experience highly preferred.
