Cross Asset Solutions is a business within Solutions for Financial Intermediaries (SFI) that is responsible for the sales of Capital Markets products to financial intermediaries including private banks, broker dealers, consumer bank and registered investment advisers.These Capital Markets products include structured notes issued by Citi as well as OTC products.We are looking for a VP or AVP level Salesperson with existing client relationships and client coverage experience. The ideal candidate should have:a proven track record in servicing financial intermediaries andor institutional investorsa good knowledge of all the segments targeted by the deska strong understanding of derivatives and of the various products issued in Latin AmericaThe role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively develop and improve client relationships as well as the overall client experience when dealing with Citi.Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to current broker dealer clients and potential prospects to market product ideas and to generate new leads.Develop existing client relationships and onboard new ones including in Central and South America.Price and execute teract with structuring, trading, legal and other relevant teams to constantly improve the platformOffer a high-quality level of serviceexperience to existing and new clients of SFI.Collaborate with the Client Management team to develop proper wallet data for our client base.Appropriately assess riskreward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputationBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethicsBe familiar with and adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities ServicesQualifications:2-5 years of experiencePrior Sales experience at a financial services organization is a plusBroad client relationships preferredExperience in a client facing role working with the buy-side communitySelf-Motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced problem solving skillsMust have or be able to obtain licenses required, Series 7, 63Fluent in SpanishEducation:BachelorsUniversity degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
