Assistant Manager

Responsive recruiter Job Description:Goldfish Swim School is looking for a motivated professional to help run its business operations. This position will assist in managing a workforce that can be upwards of 55+ employees. A primary focus of the position is to ensure that all required corporate processes are in place. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the business and will be an integral part of representing the Goldfish Swim School brand overall. The duties and responsibilities of the position include:Assisting in overseeing all business operationsHiring, training, and management of staffProviding excellent customer serviceEstablish, lead and maintain all procedures and processes of the Goldfish brandImplement and maintain daily and weekly reportsMaintain a high-level of training and cross-training of employeesQualifications Experience:Some college experienceMinimum of 1+ years of operational management experienceFamiliarity with a consistent changing work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office ProgramsStrong written and oral communication skillsCandidate Profile:Willing and able to gets hands on, must be a "doer"High level of energyDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to multi-taskFlexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilitiesAbility to remain calm and direct staff under a fast-paced environmentTropical Vibes & Impacting Lives!You feel it the moment you walk in.
