Today our clients represent the biggest names in entertainment, tech, consumer brands, and sports and video games, and our impact touches the lives of billions of people around the globe. #FandomIsOurJamAbout the role:As a VP, Ad Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and growth. This role is responsible for leading the team to deliver best-in-class advertising insights across the campaign lifecycle. As VP, you will be responsible for bringing together all of the MarketCast research for a key retail account. This is a high visibility role which involves collaborating with the Commercial team to lead business development initiatives, building connections across service lines and ensuring outstanding client outcomes for your research team's projects. This position will require expert understanding of advertising data and the ability to create data-driven stories.We're looking for someone who:Is passionate about uncovering the strategic and tactical insights within advertising data & believes there is always a data-driven story to be told, you just have to find it.Is an expert at analyzing and articulating actionable, quantitative advertising insights in a manner that is accessible to all types of clients - research to marketing to C-suite.Is an expert in Brand Lift and creative measurement in the advertising space (pre-market testing, neuro testing, in-market creative testing)Can quickly establish a trusted relationship with clients as their advertising research guru - your directive is not to be just another vendor, but to be a valued SME and partner.Has a proven track record of ensuring high quality insights - both strategic & tactical - and that client deadlines are consistently met.Can take large amounts of data and quickly create insights, turning them into well-polished PowerPoint decks.Develop and sustain strategic relationships with key client accounts.Drive client satisfaction and growth through a deep understanding of their goals and objectives.Lead thought leadership activities, offering insights and guidance to clients on industry trends and research innovations.Is effective at mentoring the team, inspiring them to grow both personally and professionally and setting them on a course for success.Is a multi-tasking maven - your ability to efficiently organize, prioritize and reassess on the fly is second to none.Is an expert problem-solver - you are the person others seek out to help assess the issue, evaluate potential solutions, and implement a plan, especially as it relates to scope creep.Is experienced at identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships & introducingapplying new methodologies wherewhen appropriate.Is adept at picking up new methods quickly - can jump in and learn our ad research product suiteapplications and research methodologies & apply these to grow client relationships.Gets excited about knowledge sharing on topics including methodology, best practices for both internal and external audiences.Can cultivate a high-performing team environment by fostering collaboration, encouraging continuous learning, and promoting the adoption of a client-centric mindset.Will spearhead the professional development of team members, providing guidance and mentorship opportunities to enhance their expertise in advertising research, client management, and strategic consulting.It'll be helpful if you have:15+ years of market research and advertising research experience required. Specially must have in-depth experience in copy testing and in-market tracking Brand Lift.A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
