If you are a current YAI employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.About the Position:YAI is seeking a qualified Assistant Supervisor to support our locations in Queens.Assistant Supervisors serve as lead members of the direct care team, providing similar day-to-day functions as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) but with administrative responsibilities including training, scheduling, systems management, and in some cases, directly supervising other DSPs. Depending on the supports needed, Assistant Supervisors may work in a person's home, in their family's home, in a YAI residence, at a day habilitation center, or out in the community.Mission Statement YAI:YAI is a network of agencies offering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities a comprehensive range of services across all ages.
