AdaCore: Helping Developers Build Software that Matters AdaCore is seeking an Associate Sales Account Manager to join our US Sales Team. Responsibilities include: Managing and developing customer accounts and relationships for AdaCore's small to mid-sized customers. Managing standard opportunities and turning them into accounts. Sustaining and expanding existing account revenue (up-sell, cross-sell, etc.). Sustaining and expanding all AdaCore Products and training related business in our traditional markets. Keeping information up to date up in SalesForce (status, revenue expectation...), in particular for forecast computation. Maintaining a high rate of subscription renewals. Growing accounts organically by adding users and increasing software adoption. Collaborating with account managers and senior account managers to support the sales team activities on larger accounts (prospecting, customer presentation, proposal preparation...). Willingness to work a minimum of 2 days per week from our New York office. More may be necessary during the onboarding period. Qualifications 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for a background in software sales in a related industry. Willingness and ability to travel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Science or Business is a plus. AdaCore offers an annual base salary range for this position of $85-$100K as well as a competitive incentive plan.
