(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)The Account Executive II is responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Tommy Hilfiger Women's Apparel and Accessories in the US Wholesale Off-Price Channel, to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability goals of the division. This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments.Responsibilities:Serve as primary contact for select high volume Off-Price AccountsCreate and implement seasonal business plansproposals by accountdivisionEstablish strong relationships with buying teamsmanagementCollaborate with Merchandising to build assortments that cover account needsPresent seasonal product lines to accounts with proposed assortment that align with design vision and sales objectivesEnsure accurate flow of information is reflected when securing orders, including delivery dates, style information, sizing, negotiated costs, etc.Establish a strategic partnership with accounts to further understand the product needs and opportunitiesCommunicate to Direct Manager, VP of Sales and Merchandising Team regarding all account market feedback, competitive insight provided, and any relevant opportunities voiced to optimally fulfill the account needsProvide updated shipping information to Accounts in a timely mannerWork with Accounts on delivery slides and securing adjusted ship datesPrepare monthly recaps that highlight best sellers - how they relate to the total business and translate that into future growth opportunitiesNegotiate monthly Close-out ATS with AccountsEnsure timely PO confirmation and tracking of monthly shipments; report monthly ship month projection as well as total year forecastMaintain Seasonal Order Master File, Recap Monthly SurplusATS, Monthly Ship spread, Top to Top Leadership Meetings RecapsQualifications:College Degree with concentration in business, retail andor fashion buying and marketing5 to 7 years of experience in account managementplanning in a wholesale environmentStrong Retail Math and Analytical skillsWell organized and time management skillsStrategic problem solverExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsLeadership skillsFlexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special ProjectsHighly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$95,000 - $125,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
