JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Project Manager role at Sound Investment ensures that all components of the Production Departmentare operating in unison to meet and maintain a high level of service to SI's clients. This position reportsdirectly to the Production Manager.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESConsult with clients and sales team regarding production specificationSpec lighting, audio, and video Systems for eventsUtilize Vectorworks to demonstrate technical setupsSecure internal and external resources for eventsBook all labor and support in trucking an all assigned eventsCollaborate with the production team to accommodate all projectsOversee and lead all teams on load in through loadoutManage multiple projects and accountsMaintain overall quality control over event execution to ensure client satisfactionEnsure Company standards, policies and procedures are maintainedDESIRED CHARACTERISTICSPremier awareness of event technology and practicesSelf-starter that can thrive in both a corporate and start-up type environmentEstablished history of successfully managing teams of ten or moreDirect experience in Chicago venuesExisting event production technical contactsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years in event production account management or project managementComprehensive and undeniable effectiveness on all facets of event productionCOMPENSATIONA comprehensive compensation package including salary, commissions, medical and dental insurance, vacation and holidays will be PANY DESCRIPTIONSound Investment has become one of the fastest growing event solutions companies in the country.
