Our team fosters a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals and will be experienced in handling personal injury cases from inception through trial. You will work alongside a talented team of attorneys and staff to ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve.Responsibilities: Represent clients in personal injury and other matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, wage-and-hour claims, police misconduct cases, and breaches of contract. Manage a caseload from start to finish. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Prepare and present cases for trial, including handling depositions, pre-trial motions, court appearances, and appeals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the case lifecycle. Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and expert witnesses to build strong cases. Requirements A J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to New York Bar (federal court a plus). At least 3 years of litigation experience in New York (Plaintiff-side personal injury a plus). Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including relevant statutes, regulations, and court procedures. Demonstrated experience in handling cases to successful conclusion. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and settlement skills. Ability to manage a high caseload with attention to detail and deadlines. A track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
