Job DescriptionData Processor ClerkOnsite-Carol Stream, IL WORK SCHEDULE:Schedule to include 4 weekdays and Saturdays. (One day off during the week and Sundays off). **Schedule is a guide only, must be flexible and able to work overtime and other hours as needed by unitHours of Operation for the department:Monday 6 am - completion (typically a 10-12 hour work day)Tue, Thu, Fri, & Sat: 7 am - completion Wed: 6am to completion Hourly rate $18.50Principal DutiesResponsibilities: Provide administrativeclerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting, or similar activities. Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database. Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source documents andor phone calls into an automated system. Ensures accuracy and completeness of dataassigned work. Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatcheserrors. Handle multiple assignments. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production. Must be able to work under strict deadlines. All other duties as assigned.Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screen. Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. Good attendancepunctuality 1-2 years' experience. Ten Key experiences. complete typing assessment (40 wpm) Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors: Accurate typing skills Attention to detailaccurate typing skills Data entry skills and 10,000 KPH numeric Manual dexterity Ability to use PC, 10 key, calculator, andor data entry devices.
