RN ER PEDS

Job Duties: Triage and Patient Assessment: Assessing the severity of patients' conditions upon arrival and prioritizing care based on urgency. Emergency Care: Administering immediate care to patients with critical injuries, illnesses, or life-threatening conditions. Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitoring vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels. Administering Medications and Treatments: Administering prescribed medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as ordered by the physician. Wound Care: Cleaning and dressing wounds, assisting with fractures, and providing pain management. Collaboration with Medical Team: Working closely with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Patient Education: Explaining treatments, medications, and aftercare instructions to patients and their families. Documentation: Accurately documenting patient assessments, treatments, medications, and responses in the medical record. Emergency Procedures: Assisting in life-saving procedures such as intubation, CPR, and other interventions as needed. Discharge and Referral: Assisting with patient discharge, ensuring they have the necessary instructions, and making referrals to specialists if required. Handling Trauma and Critical Care: Providing care for trauma victims and patients with acute medical conditions, ensuring stabilization for transfer if needed. Job Requriments: Travel Experience Trauma Experience 2 Years of Experience in Specialty in Last 3 Years
