They are dedicated to fostering an employee-centric work environment, offering perks like every other Friday off, no weekend shifts, and reduced work hours.Job DescriptionOversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.Provide manufacturing support through supervision, training, and guidance of Receiving Inspectors, Final and In-Process Inspectors to ensure compliance with product specificationsEnsure timely scheduling of raw material inspection, product inspection, auditing, and data collection.Work with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering to develop control plans such as inspection plans, first articles, and process validation.Develop and train QC personnel in inspection protocolstechniques and equipment usage.Provide feedback regarding specifications of materials, parts, and products based upon inspection results.Formulate and revises quality control policies and procedures as necessary.Meet production schedule to max efficiency and timeliness, within assigned budget.Establish applicable statistical methods within the Quality Control acceptance activities such as process capabilityProvide direction to QC staff regarding the facilitation of nonconforming events (NCE), material review boards (MRB), containment and disposition of nonconforming events (NCE).Support NCE investigations and related corrective actions.Provide reviews for all assigned personnel.Provides performance management and development for QC personnel.Lead and manage the metrology departmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
