Aufgaben The mission of the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Parts Consultant Shop Counter is to service customersThe Parts Consultant should be knowledgeable about parts and the use of the parts catalogsHeshe should be capable of dealing intelligently with customer both in person and on the phone and handle wholesale parts needs at thecounter for internal and outside demands. This position will cross-train with Parts Consultant - Retail positionThe Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Parts Consultant Shop Counter must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experiencethrough consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork.Handle customer requests promptly and ensure proper parts selection.Tag and maintain inventory of warranty parts.Demonstrate professional personal behavior, conducting self in amanner that brings credit to the dealership and is befitting to customercontact plete all paperwork accurately and on time.Be knowledgeable of parts automation requirements.Accurately complete entry and relief of sales from inventory.Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for returnunder parts obsolescence protection program.Assist with annual inventory.Assure proper storage of all newly received parts.Help maintain Parts Dept. in an orderly condition.Maintain and update bin labels as required.Return parts to proper location.Assist in physical re-arrangement of layout.Attend group training sessions as required and keep current on newproducts and product updates.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Able to commute into and out of ManhattanNew York City on a daily basis.The hourly rate for this position is $25-$27 per hour. There is commission included in this position as well Qualifikationen High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in Mercedes-Benz parts dealershipProficiency in ADP preferred.
