What we're looking for: The Account Coordinator position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media's Ad Services team, critical to the success of Continuum's sales initiatives. We are looking for an individual who thrives within a team environment, while also self-sufficient to perform with minimal supervision. This person will be able to utilize their communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage several accounts for multiple Account Executives, while supporting the planning teams and other departments as needed.0-2 years' experience in advertisingCandidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team playerAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal communication and writing skillsComfortable interacting with partners and clientsMust be proficient in all Microsoft office properties with an emphasis on ExcelPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team playerFlexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment RequirementsResponsibilities: Reporting to the Account Coordinator Lead, the Account Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to Ad Sales team and across all internal operations teams. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account listCommunicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partnersLearn and master the use of our proprietary tools Assist Planning teams Confirm and execute client ordersPrepare weekly post log reports and final campaign postsDeliver timely reporting to clientsCollaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimizationBecome an expert in the entire sales and operations processesAct as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partnersWork with the business intelligence team on specific client requestsOther responsibilities as required (we're a small company - we all pitch in and get things done!)What we offer:We provide employees with an environment in which they can develop their skills and grow as individuals within our team.
