GCP Engineer

Job Description: Pay Range $65hr - $70hr Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles. Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, etc.). Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) on GCP. Strong understanding of Jenkins for automating CICD pipelines. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and monitoring. Proficiency in scripting languagesMarkup languages such as Python, Bash, or YamlJson. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Terraform Certification) are a plus. Qualifications: Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with other CICD tools like GitLab CI or CircleCI. Understanding of service mesh technologies such as Istio. Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
