About the RoleThe Associate Analyst, Asset Protection Service Center (APSC) plays a critical role to Gap Inc.'s Asset Protection strategy, "We enable purpose-led, billion-dollar businesses by protecting People, Assets, and Brands". You will contribute to the Global Security & AP Services "Center of Excellence" by providingcapabilities with a "Try Fast, Learn Fast, Think Big mentality". You will perform as a subject matter expert by leveraging optimized resources targeted to identify risk and deploy efforts to increase speed and efficiency. The APSC Associate Analysts will participate in a data-lead operation that enables the APSC to deploy better data management to provide forecasting, intelligence and enhanced visibility to crucial data that show potential risk or impact to Gap Inc. assets.The Asset Protection Service Center (APSC), located at the Corporate Shared Services Center (CSSC) in Albuquerque, NM, serves as the focal point for the monitoring, risk analysis and business continuity reporting intake for Gap Inc. Under the direction of the Manager, Asset Protection Service Center and theAssociate Manager, Asset Protection Service Center, APSC Associate Analyst executes the various core functions of the APSC that includes, but not limited to; Risk Event IdentificationEscalation, Risk Intelligence Analysis, Emergency & Crisis Response, Supply Chain Security, and Physical Security.APSC Associate Analysts act as business partners who work closely with teams across the Asset Protection organization and the wider business, serving as a key business partner that enables ourbusinesses.What You'll DoPerform daily functions of the APSC, including, but are not limited to: risk intelligence, incidentcrisis response, emergency notification, supply chain resiliency, travel security, and physical securityParticipate in the intelligence function by preparing and disseminating global risk intelligence products aimed at identifying and mitigating business risks • Conduct regular monitoring of open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and internal specific intelligence gathering tools for known and potential threats to employees, company assets and reputationMonitor geopolitical events that may impact executive travel, company events, andor operations, and provide periodic and timely reportingManage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company's confidentiality and information security practices (medical record, personnel issues, investigations, public relations incidents, emergency personnel contact information, etc.)Manage and lead response efforts to life safety incidents (medical, safety, natural disasters, etc.) and coordinate reponse of security officers, ERT, facilities, police, fire and EMS personnel as requiredResponsible for answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms and provides general assistance to employees, vendors and guestsMaintain various records of communications and events, including operational logs, daily shift checklists, handover reports, monthly safety and security audits checklists and incident reportsWho You AreMust successfully complete and pass the "CritiCall" computer-based testing module. CritiCall is used to measure skills that are vital as a APSC Associate Analyst, including, but not limted to: multitasking, prioritization, map-reading, memory recall, comprehension, data-entry and decision makingExperience in working with risk intelligence monitoring and mass notification tools and platofrms (Everbridge, Dataminr, ISOS experience a plus)1-3 years of Security Operations Center or similar customer call center experience preferred.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows OSHave a strong knowledge of physical security, information security and emergency operations, preferably in a corporate environmentAccess ControlAlarm Monitoring systems experience (C-CURE experience a plus)Flexibility to work various shifts if needed, including weekends and holidaysExperience in working with video surveillance, physical access control, incident management and risk intelligence monitoring tools and systemsPossess a solid employment history demonstrating reliability and dependabilityMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
