The Visual Coordinator contributes to the profitability of the account with merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand French Connections brand integrity as it relates to the presentation in wholesale accounts. Maintain visual standards and ensure the brand is properly represented and consistent across all doors.Track and analyze business in order to proactively react to sales.Build and maintain relationships with store management, sales associates, merchandising and visual teamsActively drive sales through creative selling techniques. Be an expert of the brand by providing product knowledge and teaching store teams about styling and fit. Communicate key information that is vital to the success of each account to the sales team through daily, weekly and monthly recaps.Merchandise product deliveries at our NY-Metro department store locations, trade-shows and all other company wide initiatives and events.QualificationsExperience in retail, wholesale, or visual department store setting. Flexible travel availability.Valid driver's license.Detail oriented and organized.Self-reliant, self-motivated, with the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines with limited supervision. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of the contemporary market for women's and men's sportswear. Creative artistic abilities and strong problem-solving skills. Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
