As the Hospice RN Team Manager, you would be working alongside a supportive team and have a multitude of job functions. Please see job highlights below for more information.Title: Hospice Registered Nurse Team ManagerLocation: ManhattanCompensation: $140,000-$160,000 + full comprehensive benefitsResponsibilities:Implementing new strategic measures to expand patient continuity of careManaging performance and analyticsInteracting with Human Resources and Finance department when appropriateInvolved in hiring new staff members and making annual budgetsMaking sure the evaluation of hospice patients is up to par and within company guidelinesEducating staff members on correct hospice treatmentDocumenting notes in EMR systemConducting team meetings if necessaryPreferred Qualifications:BSN Degree in NursingAt least 3 years Hospice, Oncology, or palliative care registered nurse experienceActive New York State Registered Nurse licenseSupervisory or management experience preferredBLSLeadership skillsQualificationsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
