Sales Associate

Our company is currently looking for an additional sales person to join our team. Previous experience in sales and or flooring is not necessary but is preferred. Successful candidate should be computer literate and have a friendly disposition. The candidate must take pride in their work, be a forward thinker, self-starter, capable of a high level of multitasking and be able to ensure all company processes are followed. Able to communicate effectively with employees and clients and adhere to company policies and procedures on a daily basis.Job type:Full time Monday- Friday alternating SaturdaysCompensation is base + Commission.RequirementsResponsibilities:Ensures the store procedures and policies are followedEnsure high level of service and ordering and delivery of quality productsCommunicates daily with managerEnsuring proper storage of productsReading work orders or to determine items to be ordered, gathered or distributedRecording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program Assisting in counting of physical inventorySkills:Strong leadership skillsCustomer service a priorityMust be capable of assisting well educated consumersHard working and dependable team playerDocumentation SkillsInventory controlMust be able to handle multiple projects and multitaskExcellent attention to detail and accuracyOrganizational skillsProfessional appearance and demeanor a mustAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writingNeed to be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
