The Inside Sales Specialist facilitates the entire sales cycle, from client interaction, garment ordering, decoration ordering, invoice submission, and payment, collection, follow up, and review. The Inside Sales Specialist reports to the CEOAbilities RequiredExtreme attention to detail in all aspects of duties, email composing, quoting, order entry, garment ordering, etc.Accessible beyond "normal hours".Extremely organized, follow the system and step for the rolePersonableResponsibleProficient with Excel, Word, Email & basic graphic software skills.Strong communication skills; both written & verbal are needed for clients and the internal team.Ability to quickly recall and retain informationVisual memory retention skills to help build your product knowledgeMath skills.Ability to operate under pressure and time constraints.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Specific ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone, emails, texts, faxes, etc. with professionalism and promptness (inside 24 hrs).Assist AR Team with current accountsAssist AR Team with current and existing customer ordersCommunicate with production staff on a regular basis to ensure timely order completionUse NOMOS to create work orders and order garmentsUse Order My Gear tool to execute all phases of online store sales (item selection to bagging and deliverypickup)Price out new jobs (approval needed)Upselling customers on new products and products that complement their current purchasequotePrice and complete RFP's & RFB's (Request for Proposals & Bids)Order pieces, inventory for mistakes made by production teamAudit Vendor bills to make sure we are billed correctlyKeep track of excess, unused, mis-ordered, mis-shipped inventory and send back to vendorManage, assist, and train AR team members on how to use the online sales toolDirect, coordinate, and execute all steps involved in the online sales process (item selection to bagging and deliverypick-up)Update and utilize Copper on a consistent basisFollow-up and engage leadsActively pursue and develop new leads and accountsMaintain a positive and energetic attitude towards existing and potential customersPresent sales leads, reports, and potential opportunities to executive management team on a quarterly basis.Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Artists to coordinate new marketing & social media campaigns.Key Performance IndicatorsDoing whatever it takes to ensure the customer is more than satisfied with the entire sale process.Receive great compliments, client testimonials, and survey results.Consistently outperform previous quarter results in both profitability and revenueBecome an expert that customers seek out.Cultivate and promote AR's Purpose, Vision, Mission & Core Values everyday.Consistently showing up for work on time and putting in extra time when required.Effectively communicating with departments to create a seamless and highly productive work environment.Improve leadership skills and ability.Consistently meet client deadlines and ensure orders go out at the highest quality standard in terms of appearance, and accuracy.
