Under the direction and guidance of the professional staff and registered nurse, performs a variety of clinical clerical duties and tasks to provide effective patient care for a variety of specialty services.QUALIFICATIONS:Education Required - HS Diploma or EquivalenceLicense(s) Required- Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant ProgramExperienceSkills Required - One (1) year previous experience in a medical setting. Excellent communicationinterpersonal skills. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of Computer Technology preferred. Successful completion of St. Barnabas Hospital orientation.
