Due to our unprecedented success, we are looking to add talent to our leadership team to scale new markets and oversee our existing business lines.Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Consultant plays a key role in the structure of their team. Major responsibilities include:Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newSearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resourcesSpeaking with candidates regarding their job search and career aspirationsBuild close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidatesManage the process from interview through offer stageGenerate and chase new leads for potential clients hiring in your marketConduct meetings with both new and existing clients to review job requirements, market trends, salary reviews, etcHave an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposalsNegotiate Commercial Terms of business and ratesAccurate forecasting against monthly revenue goals with managerAdditional responsibilities depending on market you're assigned toMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
