US locations include: Charleston (SC), Savannah (GA), Wichita (KS), Mobile, (AL) and Seattle (WA).Summary: We are seeking a Spare Parts & Services Specialist to support our sophisticated automated fastening equipment located within major aircraft assembly facilities located throughout the U.S. Candidates should have practical experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. An educational or experience basis in manufacturing is required, with some technical background working with an OEM is desired. Qualified candidates must be able to read blueprints.Education & experience:High School or equivalentTrade schooling (mechatronics, electrical, mechanical) preferredAbility to read & interpret blueprints and technical drawings1+ year ERP experience (SAP preferred)Experience working in Spare Parts & Services, machine buildingautomationrobotics or OEM environmentQualifications:Proven organizational skills, including time managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent negotiation skillsSelf-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platformsJob Responsibilities:Accurate processing of orders through the ERP system, SAP, from inquiry to order completionUtilize ERP system for procurement of goods and services related to customer orders and facility requirementsTrack open service cases, organize costs, and prepare final billingsEstimate spare parts cost and be able to explain cost to the customerMaintain records accurately through the ERP systemData entry into the ERP systemInterface with customers and suppliers regarding inquiries and order statusMonitor stock levels and reorder spare parts as needed to prevent shortagesRead and review technical blueprints (machine prints, electrical schematics) and BOM's with the engineering teamsIdentify cost-effective suppliers, compare quotes, generate purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of spare pensationBenefits:Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000401(k) 6% company match, no vesting period100% paid healthcare premiums (medical, dental, vision) through BCBSDisability plan & group life insurance program employer providedThree weeks Paid Time Off (PTO), plus 13 paid holidays100% tuition reimbursement programInternational travel opportunities (Germany)Visit: and
