Inizio's clients include fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, startups, private equity & venture capital firms, etc.We are currently looking to hire a Director of Sales - Salesforce Solutions & Advisory for an established Salesforce Partner. The Director of Sales, Salesforce Solutions & Advisory will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Salesforce Solutions & Advisory business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling Salesforce solutions and services to enterprise clients, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the sales strategy for Salesforce Solutions & Advisory businessLead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and profitability targetsBuild and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and partnersCollaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activitiesProvide sales forecasting and reporting to executive managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling Salesforce solutions and services to enterprise clientsProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partnersStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate business needs and requirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownershipIf this sounds like a position that would be a good fit for you, we encourage you to apply!Package Details
