POSITION: Chemical Specialist DEPARTMENT: ProWash Systems REPORTS TO: Chemical Specialist SupervisorArea Service ManagerRegional Regional Service ManagerLocation: Philadelphia, PASummaryThe focus of this position, you will interact directly with customers in the Food Service, Laundry and Food Processing industries. Responsibilities include assisting in promoting product and system solutions, train both customers and co- workers on the proper use and procedures of productsequipment and provide prompt, personal and reliable services to meet customer needs. You will assistlead installing laundry, ware wash and Food processing dispensing systems. You will develop relationships with customers as well as your Co-Workers on the sales team to create a seamless organization for the customer. You will be responsible for assigned customers to service "route" on a regularly scheduled basis. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential stall, maintain and repair dispensing equipment as well as demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that the equipment is fully stall commercial dish machines as requiredIndependently understand your customer's cleaning needs in order to proactively identify solutions that best meet customer expectations.Perform skilled mechanicalelectrical work to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, repair, modify, and install machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systemsFollow specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings. These duties shall be performed using hand tools, power tools, industrial equipment, measuring and testing instrumentsWorking knowledge and understanding of HAZMAT, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA requirements.Know and explain the hazards associated with specific types of products, equipment and tools. Use appropriate tools for the job and comply with all company safety polices.
