Business Operations Manager

We help some of the world's fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.Lithic is hiring a Business Operations Manager to execute on projects and plans that optimize and improve how we operate, lead and manage new initiatives, and empower our team to work better, faster, and more thoughtfully. You'll wear multiple hats and drive impactful projects across the company. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement listed below!What You'll Do:Work cross-functionally to execute on high-impact projects and implement new processes that directly impact our ability to scale our operations.Drive implementation of short- and long-term efforts that directly impact growth and scaleSolve complex business challenges crossing multiple teams & functionsIdentify opportunities to iterate, optimize, and automate our operationsDefine and build new processes that support all areas of the companyUse data & analytics to analyze products and processes and measure progress towards our goalsWhat You Bring:Demonstrated experience in an operations function or fintech, startup, or consulting environmentA "get things done" mentality; you can dissect problems, seek information, identify solutions, corral resources, and deliver results with a high degree of autonomyA demonstrated history of being a team player with a desire to jump in and be "hands on" as needed.Analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and ExcelSound judgment and decision making. Comfort with ambiguity.An ability to quickly learn complex and technical conceptsSuperior communication skills - ability to prioritize and efficiently and transparently communicate goals and results at a team, executive, and company level.
