Director of Gaming Ops (Casino)

26th January, 2025ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop casino gaming operations, ensuring compliance with governmental and company requirements. Develop short-range and long-range plans to meet budgeted capital targets, budgeted revenue targets and budgeted profit targets. Coordinate casino gaming operations with other departments to ensure efficient operation and total guest satisfaction. Establish and maintain satisfactory public relations through direct or delegated contacts. Analyze gaming operations to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. Coordinate with the Marketing Director to ensure effective promotion of all Marketing incentive and reward programs. Maintain high employee morale through positive communication, effective overseeing of management and regular training of staff. Regularly work evenings and weekends on the casino floor, interacting with guests and staff. Serve as a member of the Executive Committee. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 7 years of experience in casino gaming operations with exposure to all areas of operation. Broad-based gaming, managerial, administrative and accounting skills.
