This individual is focused on training the front of house team on providing high quality and consistent customer service. This individual must be sales focused and be accountable for such aspects of the business as member retention and lead conversion. They are also expected to be cross trained in all wet side positions and will be expected to fill in wherever needed. Directs and controls the daily operations to ensure the school is running according to GSS standard operating procedures.2. Helps the General Manager and department managers fulfill all daily tasks.3. Manages the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity, excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction.4. Coordinates content for marketing on social media and other platforms.5. Provides sales and marketing training to all qualified sales staff and will be in charge of implementation.6. Provides direction in the retail and vending departments to ensure a proper mix of products and pricing is achieved.7. Trains and oversees private party staff to ensure that the GSS standard operating procedures are being maintained.8. Gains knowledge and experience in all technology platforms to achieve a high level of competence in bookings,class scheduling, reporting and administrative functions.9. Gains a high level of knowledge and experience in the GSS pool operations to ensure understanding and satisfaction of Goldfish members.10. Initiates and oversees workplace culture and employee interaction. Maintains a high level of employee satisfaction.11. Directs and oversees the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures that pertain to theGSS facility, and trains all current staff on the GSS EAP.12. Maintains current certifications and stays up-to-date professionally on the aquatics and management field. Safety Standards: The safety of our swimmers, parents and team members is of the utmost importance. 13. Will be the point person for events. In charge of planning, coordinating staffing, finding event in the community that will bring more people into the school. EducationExperience:High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in a sales and service roles is required. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructorcoach, camp counselor, andor childcare provider required.
