Job DescriptionSaint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking aMental Health Therapist-Outpatient Mental Health, toproviding individuals, couplesfamilial, and group psychotherapy to adults with chronic mental illness. SWtherapist will be required to complete the appropriate, clinical documentation (i.e. biopsychosocial, psychotherapy notes, intakes, referrals, etc.) within accordance of all billable services in which they would be providing. SWtherapist will be responsible for maintaining an active clinical case load while also providing additional supportcoordination of services or resources as needed. SWtherapist will be working collaboratively amongst a multidisciplinary treatment team focused on empowering and supporting patients while attempting to maintain stability out in the community.Must have a NY State, LMSW, LCSW, and or LMHC.Bilingual PreferredSalary Ranges: $65K-$72KSaint Joseph's Medical Center is an equal opportunity employer.
