Strong communicator & negotiator - Ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships. Tech-savvy - Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology. Driven & Self-Motivated - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture. Local Market Knowledge - Familiarity with NYC and Westchester County business landscapes is a major advantage.
