ECM Portfolio Manager

INIT Capital, Flow Traders' ECM business, is looking for a Portfolio Manager to build out and manage the ECM business in the USAmericas. We value quick-witted, creative minds and challenge them to make full use of their capacities.What you will doBuild out and manage the ECM business in the USAmericas for INIT Capital within the global ECM strategyBuild and maintain relationships with syndicate banks and other relevant market participantsObtain access to and manage ECM deal flowGather and analyze deal information and make decisions on subscription, size, holding period, aftermarket trading, hedging, etc. within the predefined mandate and risk parametersEngage with corporates, conducting fundamental analysis and provide feedback What you need to succeedMinimum 5 years of relevant experiencePrior sell-side experience in ECM andor on the buy-sideStrong relationships with relevant ECM syndicate desksSelf-starter with entrepreneurial mindsetAdvanced understanding of accountingfinancial statements and valuationExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detailAt Flow Traders, we acknowledge the importance of open and transparent communication whether it be with our employees, our stakeholders, or our local and global communities. When it comes to salary, Flow Traders uses reliable market research to create base ranges. Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company's success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution. Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $175,000 to $250,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.Flow Traders does not accept unsolicited resumes from any professional staffing or search firms.
