We hope that you'll be interested in joining us!The roleAs a member of the Demand Generation team, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating Watershed's growth through lifecycle marketing. Partnering closely with our marketing operations, sales, and product marketing teams, your mission will be to develop and implement a cohesive strategy focused on driving prospect and customer growth through lifecycle campaigns.The Email Lifecycle Marketer's scope will be a blend of operations and campaign management. This person will own the ongoing management and maintenance of our marketing database, share ownership of our marketing automation system HubSpot, and also implement targeted campaigns to drive new pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for working collaboratively to drive impactful marketing campaigns.This role will be in office, based in our San Francisco (preferred) or New York City office.You will: Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage prospects and customers alikeOversee all the execution of all email marketing campaigns including: nurtureonboarding sequences, event invites, customer updates and product updatesDevelop targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to priority industries, segments, and buyer profilesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and conversion rates in order to power future campaign strategy.Coordinate with design on the development of email marketing templatesConduct AB tests to continually refine messaging, creative, and segmentation strategies for maximum impactWe're looking for someone who has: 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing campaign management, including setting strategy, developing persona and industry based campaigns within a CRM (HubSpot, Marketo) to run ROI-positive campaignsA deep understanding of the enterprise demand generation playbook, accompanied by a desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics, and opportunitiesStrategic and collaborative stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with ABM tools (6sense, Terminus, AdRoll, ZoomInfo) a plusAt Watershed, we strive to design consistent, fair, and competitive compensation programs. The total cash compensation range may be inclusive of several levels at Watershed and final offer will be determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's skills, capabilities, and location, as well as scope of the role.The anticipated cash compensation range is in addition to a total rewards benefit package including equity, healthdentalvision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, fertility, and mental health programs etc. Salary Range$154,000-$180,000 USDFAQWhere does Watershed work?We have hub offices in San Francisco, New York and London, and some remote team members in the US and EU. Most of our jobs need to be in San Francisco New York London, but certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description.What's the interview process like?It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel after that if the screens go well.
