ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:7+ years of Freight Forwarding Experience (all modes) 5+ years within leadershipG&D vertical experience is a plusCargowise system knowledge is preferredAbility to lead a team of 10+KPI management P&L managementKnows major players and contacts within the G&D space.Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports.Promote, enable, facilitate, and oversee the training of branch personnel, as well as confirming staff is current on training.Identify and relay personnel issues to Branch Manager.Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level.Customs Brokerage experience is a plus.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.About the company: Caliber Talent Solutions represents a mid-sized freight forwarder with a strong and successful global presence.
