Role PurposeLSEG's analytics portfolio has grown to include Lipper fund data, LPC collateral, Yield Book and Adfin APIs. Coverage cuts across both fixed income and equities. Our customers' needs are evolving and so are financial markets. Our aim is to meet the customer where they are and allow clients to access our best of breed analytics through third party platforms (order management systems, ALM providers, etc.). This Sales role is key in leading the business into the potential of its future state - as a core member of the agile Analytics Sales team, you will have excellent senior management exposure within LSEG and will have great autonomy in selling Analytics solutions.Role SummaryAs part of the Analytics Sales Team, you will seek new prospects and opportunities with new and existing partners (third party redistributors and co-sellers). Collaborating with account management will be instrumental in identifying customer pain points so that we can focus on solution selling. Your market feedback will be critical in shaping the business strategy as we look to identify thematic challenges our customers are facing, so that we can develop and deliver scalable solutions.Role ResponsibilitiesDelivery of revenue goals through sales growth, cross selling, and commercial policy developmentsLead sales strategy with a view toward extending current footprint as well as opening new opportunities in new behavioral models (CMBS, Non-agency RMBS, etc.) loan level data, and CLOs, as well as future strategic initiativesWork closely with analytics solutions, product management, and marketing teams to ensure market intelligence, competitor analysis and market trends conditions are captured and monitoredLead responsibility for crafting product, relationship, and marketing strategies as well as commercial policies.Proactively build and run your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainmentCreation and execution of quarterly business plansExecution of go to market plans as well as increasing brand and product awareness through events, webinars, outreach.What you Bring:Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling software solutions to financial institutions (asset managers, banks, broker dealers, hedge funds)Working knowledge of fixed income analyticsDemonstrated expertise with some or all of the following: risk management or portfolio management analytics, valuation, structured finance, fixed income trading platforms, RMBS, CLOsSoftware Skills: Proficiency with Excel and PowerpointProven communicator comfortable running discussions and building relationships with various stakeholders at financial institutionsSome travel required 25%Bachelors DegreeCompensationBenefits Information:LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,200 - $233,800.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
