We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Sanitation Manager to join our growing New York Team! Responsibilities: Maintains the routine locker cleaning and partners with the Hygiene and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that the unit meets the company's industries and regulatory standards for sanitation.Works closely with the vendor(s) to order and maintain food grade chemicals within the facility.Keeps appropriate par levels of these items and work with necessary managers who also have chemical usages.Ensure MSDS are in place for all chemicals and any necessary PPE is available and trained for usage.Ensures Safety Data Sheets are current, as well as chemical supplier specifications are in place for all chemicals and any necessary PPE is available and trained for usage.Develops and maintains standard sanitation operating procedures.Verify chemical titrations with chemical supplier. (Quantitative) and daily chemical concentration of dispensing equipment.Assists in analyzing sanitation data in order to identify trends and continual improvement opportunities.Provides support beforeduring customer audits, health department inspections, or any other scheduled or unscheduled auditsinspections.Implements and maintain daily sanitation schedules.Coordinates with Food Safety and Hygiene on Environmental Testing.Develops and maintains environmental testing program.Monitors hygiene training and development of other staff directly andor indirectly and provides coaching, direction and leadership support to staff in the form of new hire orientation, retraining, annual retraining, etc.Partners with supervisors and HR to implement corrective action as needed when hygiene protocols are not followed.Oversee all internal employee training and client training on proper sanitation protocols. Creates and implements appropriate SOPs when appropriate.Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience within catering setup or Food Manufacturing Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systemsFood Safety Certification, state specific if applicableHACCP Certificate preferredProactive and self-organizedAbility to manage through a substantial workloadCapable to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skillsFlexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)What We Offer: Expected Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Annually.Daily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
