Inviting applications for the role of The Vice President- Head of Delivery - Snowflake & Data Engineering will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and governance of large-scale Snowflake and data engineering programs across multiple clients. This senior leadership role requires expertise in enterprise cloud data transformation, delivery governance, innovation, and client management, ensuring successful execution of complex legacy-to-Snowflake migrations and greenfield implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, technical excellence, and strong business acumen, playing a critical role in shaping the organization's data and cloud transformation roadmap. They will lead multi-million dollar engagements, manage global delivery teams, and drive innovation in modern data platform solutions Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Snowflake & Data Engineering programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple geographies & industry verticals. Establish a best-in-class data delivery framework that ensures scalability, security, and efficiency in Snowflake-based transformations. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving customer success, innovation, and business value. Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT transformation roadmaps. Drive account growth, supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Snowflake and data-driven initiatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients. Shape the organization's Data & AI strategy, promoting the adoption of Snowflake, AIML, real-time analytics, and automation in enterprise data solutions. Establish data accelerators, reusable frameworks, and cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Build and mentor a high-performing global team of cloud data professionals, including data engineers, architects, and analytics experts. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving upskilling and certifications in Snowflake, AIML, and Cloud Data technologies. Stay ahead of emerging trends in Snowflake, cloud data engineering, and analytics to drive innovation. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred). experience in IT Services, with experience data engineering, Snowflake, and cloud transformation leadership. Preferred Qualifications Skills Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar Snowflake & data engineering programs. Deep understanding of Snowflake ecosystem, including Data Sharing, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Performance Tuning, and Cost Optimization. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering pipelines. Proficiency in modern data architectures, AIML, IoT, and edge analytics. Experience in managing global, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies. Exceptional leadership and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Preferred Certifications: Snowflake SnowPro CoreAdvanced Certifications. Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, or equivalent). PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications for delivery governance. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000.
