About RoleRing Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a Bespoke Diamond Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our team. Ring Concierge provides a luxury one on one shopping experience for their clients - previous experience with clienteling and diamond sales is required. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Drive sales by building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding individual sales targetsUse extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge to act as an expert for the customerAchieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Ring Concierge aesthetic and company valuesOversee all facets of sales transactionsInitial consultationIdentify client needsWork with production team on sourcing diamondsPresent diamonds to client (both local and long-distance) and finalize setting designClose saleOversee production timelineMaintain continuous and effective communication with client through sales cycleMaintain all customer information in an organized manor for our CRM programProactively look for opportunities to drive Bespoke and Fine Jewelry sales growth by identifying new leads and clienteling opportunitiesMaintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss preventionAbout You Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientsSubject matter expert for diamonds and fine jewelryAbility to continuously adapt as the business evolves and growsMust be highly organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam player - willing to jump into other areas of the business to aid when neededPassion for diamonds, luxury goods, and delivering exceptional customer experiencesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of prior retail sales experience in fine jewelry requiredBachelor's or GIA Degree preferredProven experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or diamond retail, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsMust be proficient with Mac computers, and Google SuiteDetailsFull-time role located in midtown NYCOffice Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season, sales or events)Travel may be required to meet with clientsHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance for full-time employeesWe offer generous employee discounts on our fine jewelryPaid time off, including an extra allowance of 3 days annually for religious observances The salary for this position is $70,000, commensurate with experience
