Title: Creative Project ManagerMarketing Activations ManagerLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid: Mon, Tue, Wed)Duration: 12+ Months Hybrid in office schedule is Mon - Wed 8 to 5 unless they have an event.75% TravelTargeted Years of Experience: 3-5 yearsThis role will be responsible for leading a team that takes full ownership of local marketing and grassroots programs from start to finish. The focus will be on developing local programs to engage existing customers, prospectsswitchers, and various segment groups. The team, comprised of local event Managers who are experts in their field, will handle all aspects of logistics, management, experience, and audience needs.Collaboration with HQ teams and agencies will be essential to execute events and deliver exceptional on-site experiences. Monitoring and analyzing market trends within sports, entertainment, and cultural landscapes will also be a key responsibility. As a customer-facing role, it requires poise, strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication capabilities.This role will strive to provide seamless experiences for client local markets by developing activations that align with our sales objectives and effectively represent client brand. This leader will act as the primary liaison and point of contact between event sponsors, agencies, and all HQ production teams. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and manage all sponsor deliverables, from planning through execution to debrief. Additionally, support the local market sales team in achieving their performance goals by fostering strong partnerships with Sales Operations, Retail Stores, Indirect Partners, and Finance teams.Responsibilities:•Responsible for managing multiple projects across different lines of business.•Responsible for prioritizing projects, tracking and communicating scope, load balance planning for resources, and communicating status and risk to high-level internal stakeholders.•Exhibit outstanding project management and communication skills in achieving the highest possible standards when leading a project across numerous teams and groups.•Participate in creative development meetings to ensure final output is on mark.•Provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery.What we are looking for . . .Translate event trends into key insights and strategic recommendations.Synthesize event related information, conduct analyses, and develop presentationsLearn and utilize sponsorship valuation and measurement models to inform ROIEffective project management, working with lead to determine critical milestonesMaintain a positive and professional relationship with both regional and HQ teamsWillingness to work nights and weekends as needed with travel up to 50%Team player who can navigate across cross functional teams, identify key stakeholders and can balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred or equivalent experience5-7 years work experience3+ years sales or marketing management experienceDistribution channel management, planning and execution experienceExperience with marketing research, research strategy or consumer research methodologiesManage highly visible programs against budget allocationsFlexibility to take on new project and assignments when taskedExperience in large scale event planning and managementHigh energy, self-motivated with ability to motivate others
