You will be responsible for promoting value-added services to publishers and managing their expansion. Your expertise in the platform, combined with your sales acumen, will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives.What You'll Do:Onboarding and Training:Guide recruited publishers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.Provide comprehensive training to publishers on how to maximize their revenue potential using our platform's tools and features.Publisher Management and Growth: Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the client's business model and presenting their offering to advertisers on Impact. Strategic development and expansion of assigned book of growth publisher relationships to drive revenue and growthRevenue Generation:Build partnerships with your key managed accounts by offering tailored solutions that meet publishers' needs while demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.Create customized revenue strategies to help publishers maximize their earnings on Impact.Data Analysis and ReportingUtilize data analytics tools to track and measure publisher performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular reports and insights to publishers, highlighting their progress and revenue growth.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with other teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless publisher experience and maximize platform potential.What You Have:4+ years of relevant experience in account management, business development, or a related field.Exposure to publisher or affiliate marketing requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of business development principles and practices.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.Experience succeeding in a goal-driven environmentTeam-oriented, coachable, self-starterGoal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.Familiarity with digital marketing trends and industry tools is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Nice to have:Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXASalary range: $80,000-$100,000 base + 25% variable compensation plan (base + commission) for an OTE of $100,000K- $125,000 per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
