Overview: The position is responsible for the collection of the open AR and researching chargebacks daily.Major responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Assist in month closing by ensuring all appropriate information is entered into computer, and reviewing and updating current aging report for discrepancies and finance chargesResearch and respond to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt manner;Review verify payment deductionUnderstanding research on ChargebacksProcess credit memoResearch credit applications, when appropriate, notify customers of approvaldisapproval status; document pertinent credit information in accordance with company procedures;Daily research of unapplied & unidentified paymentsRespond to customer inquiriesWork with inter-departments to obtain necessary documents for CB'sAssist Department Manager Director on special projectsMonthly Quarterly Reporting on past dues invoices & CB's Requirements:4+ years of Accounts Receivable experienceHigh school diploma requiredAttention to detailAbility to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memosStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and OutlookWork effectively under time pressure10 key by touch with speed and accuracyStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenPlan, organize, and schedule own workload efficientlyAbility to apply technology to solve problems and improve processesUnderstanding research on ChargebacksMust have manufacturing experienceEducation, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations andor Experience:HS DiplomaCollege Degree in Accounting is a plusPrior Wholesale experience required1-2 years collection charge back experience a mustAS400 experience is a plusMicrosoft Office especially ExcelSalary Range: The pay range of this position is $24Hr- $26Hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
