Now, with a 500% growth surge over the past four months, we're taking New York City by storm and need an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive our continued this role, you'll actively seek out new corporate B2B clients, introduce FELFEL's unique chef-to-office service, and showcase our hospitality and delicious offerings. This is a results-driven position perfect for someone who is 'hungry' (see what we did there?) for a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Growth: Leverage your B2B sales expertise to identify and approach potential clients, turning leads into long-term partnerships.Client Outreach: Execute proactive and personalized strategies, including cold calling and networking, while managing a high volume of inbound leads and requisite follow-ups.Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and opportunities to sharpen our positioning.Sales Mastery: Use FELFEL's proven processes to guide clients through the sales journey-from initial contact to discovery call to booking tastings. Subsequently, you will play a key role in the tastings and new client launches themselves.Results-Oriented: Focus on developing new deals while consistently achieving and surpassing sales targetsWHO YOU AREPassionate About Food: You read that right! We sell a deliciously premium tech driven food service. Above all else, you should be someone who loves discussing food and can share this enthusiasm with clients. Coffee lovers are a plus!Tenacious: You never take "no" for an answer and creatively keep conversations alive through value creation, skilled objection handling, and looping techniques.Experienced: Proven success in B2B sales or business development with the resilience to handle outbound prospecting and accompanying rejections while also working through a high volume of inbound leads effectively.Great Presentation Skills and Excellent Communicator: You speak, text, email and communicate thoughtfully and with conviction. You present ideas with energy and enthusiasm.A Builder and a Seat-Belt Wearer: You appreciate the opportunity to contribute as part of a hard-working team in a company with a high-velocity growth path. For the state of New York, our good faith estimate range for this role, inclusive of performance and base compensations, is $80,000 - $125,000+ per year, inclusive of performance bonus.
