Production Coordinator - Offline Apparel & Sweaters Position Summary: Coordinate information for development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners and across all International channels. Monitor production of adopted styles through daily PLM maintenance and google sheets WIP monitoring. Responsibilities: Product Development Partner with Design to drive trendsconcepts to executable samples by working with factories. Send out development inspiration packages including wash, trim, fabric both digitally and physically in the office.Manage record keeping of packages dispatched to external business partners.Ensure compliance to T&A calendar and major milestones by working with cross-functional team; elevate issues to CoordinatorDirector as neededGather data and report development ratios to agreed to levelsAdhere to sourcing strategy by partnering with Production CoordinatorDirector before placing sample yardage and sample request with overseas factories. Release tech packs to factories via PLM. Manage record keeping of tech pack send out and allocation on a seasonal basis.Actively participate in key milestone meetings with Design, Production, and MerchantsTrack packages through UPSFEDEXDHL. Receive, log and distribute packages to cross functional team partners. Send out digital patterns and graphic AW through google drive to external partners. ProductionInterface with cross functional team members to ensure approval deadlines are metEnsure T&A calendar and Seasonal Milestones are being met and elevate to supervisor as needed, encompassing: PLM deadline, merchant call dates, merchant PO issuance, pattern and graphic art send datesProcure, save and organize new cost quotes in preparation for review by Coordinator and municate daily with overseas vendors regarding style development, production and delivery informationReview outstanding issues on Production Status, take action accordingly and elevate to Supervisor as neededWork with merchants on garment cost, buys, production planning, liabilities and deliveryHelp to develop and improve tracking and record keeping systemsPerform other duties as required inclusive of ownership of corporate special orders projectsAble to work in a hybrid environment, meaning that some work may be performed remotely but certain essential functions must be performed in-personin-office on a weekly personin-office collaboration is required, the frequency of such in-personin-office collaboration (e.g., portion of week, entire week) is dictated by business needs. Such collaboration includes work centralized around product development, milestone meetings, approvals, etc. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent1-2 years related experienceAbility to act as liaison between many departments and possess excellent communication and analytical skillsMust be detail oriented, possess keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, computer literate, and able to multitask as well as have a high sense of urgency.Experience in digital PLM systems, Google Drive, and Gmail is preferred but not required. Comfortable working in an hybrid environment - working in office several days a week (based on the needs of the business or big milestone week) with occasional remote work from home
