We are looking for an experienced UXUI Designer to be an integral part of our product development team, responsible for creating and maintaining an internal and client facing tool that includes a dashboard and data visualization UI. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and clients to create user-friendly, efficient, and visually compelling interfaces. This position requires a strong understanding of data visualization, enterprise UI design principles, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.About RegardOur mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. We want you to join us.ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for the admin tool, focusing on dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UI needsWork with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and workflows, and incorporate their feedback into designsCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on project goals, user needs, and business objectivesDesign intuitive and effective information architectures, ensuring users can navigate and interpret complex data with easeCreate visually compelling and consistent UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices for accessibility and usabilityDevelop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and components for the design system to support the development teamWork effectively in a dynamic startup environment, managing priorities and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality designs on timeMinimum Qualifications6 years of professional experience as a UXUI Designer working collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals Expertise in designing dashboards and data visualization interfacesStrong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction designProficiency in Figma and familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating on designs based on feedbackWillingness to travel as needed for user research and company on-sitesPreferred QualificationsProven ability to adapt and thrive in a high-growth startup or agency environmentExceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients and articulate design decisions clearlyPassion for healthcare innovation: a genuine interest in contributing to the advancement of healthcare through user-centered design and technologyFamiliarity with healthcare terminology, regulations, and workflowExperience working with enterprise softwareHybrid Work | Location | Work AuthorizationFor this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro areaWe expect members of the R&D team members to be in the office 2 days per week. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $135,000 to $165,000. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
