The director leads a group of branches to achieve organizational goals for sales, service and operational excellence. Qualifications & Education:Bachelor's degree required or minimum eight years of experience in a retail branch operations or financial services role leading othersMinimum six years of relevant experience in consumer bankingfinancial services requiredMinimum three years leading teams requiredJob Duties:Lead a group of retail branches to ensure business sales, service and risk management goals and objectives are metDetermine the operational plans and projects that best support the retail organization's objectives and business planEstablish processes to monitor operational effectiveness and quality and collect data for analysisTranslate strategy into actionable plans for branch teammates, diagnose team performance, and develop action plans to ensure teams are meeting strategic goals and objectivesImplement action plans to achieve goals for member acquisition, retention and overall growthStrategically collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and help members meet their financial goalsCollaborate with business partners to organize business development events, strategic partnership engagement events and community engagement events.Perform all duties inherent in the role of senior leaderEssential Skills:Demonstrated project and budget management skillsStrong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principlesAnalytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detailAbility to help set overall strategy and drive process improvementExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and externalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Public speaking skillsBenefits of Joining the Teachers Team:We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidaysFully-funded pension plan401(k) company contributionTeachers pays 100% Premium Coverage for Vision & Dental CareTuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employeesExclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers The good faith range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000.
