Do you have a background in data or software sales, motivated by closing deals, and have a strong understanding of ESG, alternative data, and sustainability initiatives? Your Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic and growing company. You will play an important role in driving RepRisk's sales and market penetration in US, focusing on securing key logos across primary client segments such as banks, investment management, insurance. You will be part of our global Business Development Department under the Commercial Division and will be reporting to Associate Director, Business Development, Lead Americas, based in NYC, United States. Your responsibilities will be: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy for North America ensuring alignment with RepRisk's global growth objectives and taking steps to achieve or exceed market specific revenue targets.Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, using innovative prospecting methods, including online presence to grow your network and by leveraging your established networks.Understand client needs, propose, and articulate tailored value propositions to position RepRisk as a trusted partner in ESG and alternative data.Manage and drive the whole sales cycle, negotiate contracts and lead deal closures, collaborating with internal teams (Products, Legal, Operations, Tech) to secure new clientsDeliver engaging product demonstrations and represent RepRisk at industry events to showcase expertise and build market presence.Maintain Salesforce with accurate data, ensuring timely reporting and actionable insights to support strategic or tactical decision-making.Contribute to and propose cross-functional initiatives that enhance growth and innovation.QualificationsYou Offer Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: business, commerce, finance, marketing, economics.Proven B2B sales experience (5-10+ years), with a strong track record in financial services, data, or software sales.Expertise in managing complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations and procurement processes.Strong communication and presentation skills, excelling in client engagement and delivering impactful pitches, product demonstrations, panels, or present at conferences.Ability to build and nurture relationships across diverse client segments, including financial institutions and corporates.Technical aptitude to translate client needs into solutions, collaborating effectively with internal teams like Product and Tech.Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, or alternative data, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.Growth mindset: resilient, adaptable, proactive, and positive attitude.If you're a proactive deal maker who thrives on innovation and enjoys hitting the road to meet prospects, apply now!
