We deeply understand the pain points and workflows that make machine learning challenging, and Chalk was built to ease that pain.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Revenue, the Founding SDR Manager will take on and scale our incredible outbound SDR team. The Chalk SDR organization is sharp, gritty, and creative in finding Chalk's next customers at the right time. We are looking for someone with a history of scaling what's already working while identifying areas for improvement. THIS IS A 5 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE ROLE.You will strategically implement repeatable processes, evolve the SDR playbook, manage a team of SDRs, and play a meaningful role in the success of Chalk's GTM organization.What You'll DoHire, onboard, and train world-class SDRs to identify and create qualified opportunitiesBuild a playbook across different segments and personas to create repeatabilityMeticulously monitor and analyze team performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessaryOwn and manage the outbound tech stackCoach SDRs to improve their prospecting, qualification, and outboundinbound sales skills, ensuring consistent improvementEnsure effective lead tracking, reporting, and data management in the CRM system; analyze performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute initiatives to optimize sales developmentCollaborate with product marketing, sales, developer advocacy, and operations to refine messagingDemonstrate leadership in shaping our value messaging and contribute to strategic sales cyclesWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience managing SDRs in fast-paced, high-growth companiesProven experience owning and building SDR playbooks from scratchTrack record of achieving and exceeding KPIsMastery of sales and outbound tooling-you understand what tools we need and whyPassion for training, motivating, and coaching in a high-speed environment-we want to grow the next generation of Chalk GTM talentBoth left- and right-brained-you are as comfortable workshopping messaging as you are analyzing metricsRuthless prioritization and an obsession with data-everyone at Chalk is on the data team, and we want to know what's working (and why!)A collaborative attitude with strong cross-functional skills-you can build the dashboard and write the scriptA kaizen approach-by the time you launch, you're already thinking through the next iterationBonus PointsExperience selling MLdata products or services.Understanding of MLOpsInfrastructure.
