Metron is seeking a Military Analyst with a background in aviation to support test planning, execution and analysis, model-based systems engineering and operations research analyses.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Complete analysis of complex command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) architectures Provide subject matter expertise in the employment of operations research and systems analysis (ORSA) techniques to develop and assess complex Joint Forces operational scenarios and test planning Conduct analytical scenario preparation and study assignments to assess and improve joint or naval operational or exercise plans, evaluate the utility of warfare systems and tactics andor to establish naval warfare requirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, engineering, operations research, mathematics, or related fields At least 10 years of experience in defense programs experience in the areas of Aviation, Intelligence Support to Targeting, andor Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems Subject matter expertise in aviation operations to include ISR and strike warfare missions. Ability to communicate technical details effectively, both verbally and in writing, to end users, team members, managers, and clients Current DoD TSSCI security clearance US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Position Location: The selected individual will be expected to report to the Reston, VA office, as well as travel locally to client sites. Up to 25% travel may be required, especially during certain meetings or exercises.
