We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Manager at KAM Sales will contribute to expanding the company's freight forwarding services by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. With nearly ten years of experience in the industry, this role offers an opportunity to further develop expertise in freight forwarding and gain leadership experience while working closely with senior pensation$100,000- $115,000Annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selected)Responsibilities1. Sales and Revenue Support: - Assist in identifying new business opportunities in freight forwarding, including air and ocean freight, drayage, and over-the-road trucking services - Support senior business development managers in meeting sales targets by actively engaging in client meetings, negotiations, and proposal writing - Monitor and track sales performance data, helping to prepare reports and insights for senior management2. Client Relationship Management: - Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs - Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery - Support senior team members in resolving client issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction3. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to assist in identifying potential business opportunities - Provide market intelligence reports and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings4. Strategic Alignment with Headquarters: - Collaborate closely with the Korean headquarters to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level - Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives - Act as the liaison between the local branch and headquarters, facilitating smooth communication and strategy implementation5. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress - Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management6.
